National Express are Britain's only scheduled coach (we call a long distance bus, a coach) network. They reach around 1000 destinations in England, Scotland and Wales and carry more than 16 million passengers each year. The coaches provide express 'Shuttle' services between major centres of population in Britain. National Express is the largest scheduled coch service provider in Europe. Eurolines coaches additionally operate to over 500 destinations within Europe and Ireland. Brit Xplorer passes can no longer be used on Scottish Citylink coachs, but a multitude of Scottish destinations can still be reached with the cheap National Express Brit Xplorer.
